Hi all,

Interbike was amazing and too much to write about here, but the good news is our boys at Road Bike Action got it all in photos, video and reports so head over and check it out there: www.roadbikeaction.com. Long and short of it is: lots of new products for women and men, more choices in bikes, clothing and gear for all….and of course there’s the new Cippolini video! Levi’s Gran Fondo is this weekend and I hear Zap and the real deal Neil are battling it out on the roads; donuts are involved and so is Rebecca Rusch….my money is on The Queen of Pain to make the boys suffer::))

Please keep the Knickman family in your prayers as Andreas has had a rough week, but it’s getting better. Healing vibes from all do work!heart

Looks like the heat will be on again this weekend, so stay hydrated and try not to climb at too high an intensity…I am reading a book called Last Breath (sounds depressing), but is a collection of fascinating stories of human endurance–the section on heatstroke really struck me, so be careful out there.

The Mike Nosco Memorial ride is open for registration and you need to sign up NOW if you want to get a jersey; don’t wait–www.mikenosco.com  you know you can’t resist the urge to conquer Deer Creek–one more timewink

La Bella Preme is now real. June 1st, 2013 Malibu will be the location for the 1st of this national series.  A women’s cycling challenge designed by women, inspired by women to celebrate women who love riding bikes….upscale, pretty, challenging and most of all FUN. This is NOT like any other century or grand fondo you  have done, save the date, sign up at www.labellapreme.com so you can be the first to register.  Look for an upcoming radio interview on Chicks on Bikes Radio
