Interbike was amazing and too much to write about here, but the good news is our boys at Road Bike Action got it all in photos, video and reports so head over and check it out there: www.roadbikeaction.com. Long and short of it is: lots of new products for women and men, more choices in bikes, clothing and gear for all….and of course there’s the new Cippolini video! Levi’s Gran Fondo is this weekend and I hear Zap and the real deal Neil are battling it out on the roads; donuts are involved and so is Rebecca Rusch….my money is on The Queen of Pain to make the boys suffer::))
Please keep the Knickman family in your prayers as Andreas has had a rough week, but it’s getting better. Healing vibes from all do work!
Looks like the heat will be on again this weekend, so stay hydrated and try not to climb at too high an intensity…I am reading a book called Last Breath (sounds depressing), but is a collection of fascinating stories of human endurance–the section on heatstroke really struck me, so be careful out there.
The Mike Nosco Memorial ride is open for registration and you need to sign up NOW if you want to get a jersey; don’t wait–www.mikenosco.com you know you can’t resist the urge to conquer Deer Creek–one more time
