Well, thank god it's Friday! What a week at the Tour de France...let's hope they can keep the rubber side down and have less crashing in the upcoming stages.  Really cool to see the young Peter Sagan winning and the "old" guys: Hincapie, Cancellara, Zabriskie,Evans staying relatively out of trouble.  Without a doubt it's an exciting sport. Hopefully you are following the updates on www.roadbikeaction.com.. Zap is in France dishing out his perspective from behind the scenes.

So, let's have a safe weekend of riding ourselves and avoid all that pain and glory

Looks like a great weekend to ride Malibu so I will be starting at the Serious Cycling 8 a.m ride on Saturday.  I'm looking forward to a little bit of catching up with all of you and some Tour chats::))   Jill Gass will be in town with me and we have to head over to Agoura High for 8:30 to coach the MOMS IN MOTION TEAM, but it'll be fun to see everyone even if just for a minute...maybe we can meet up after at shop for a coffee?  See you there!

Sunday we are off to Santa Monica for coaching a SheCycles2 clinic, so hopefully the weather will be sunny...it's been a bit foggy here in San Diego and I am so over it....need sunshine

Next week it's all about getting ready for the WOW Cycling Summit...lots of new routes, skills drills,and seminars planned.
