It is time to ride--the weekend is on like Donkey Kong as Dave Towle says...I hope you get out and enjoy it.

I am taking a vacation weekend at the beach after coaching Saturday Morning...haven't been all year and the last 5 weeks of traveling did me in!

If you are obsessed with the latest Lance news hit up RBA @roadbikeaction on Twitter For the latest. Whatever your opinion we can probably all Agree that as cyclists we support many causes with our riding--that Should be our focus--giving back with each pedal stroke:)

Local rides at Serious Cycling, Franco, and CVC...no need to go out alone. San Diego rides out of Revolution and their will be a new intermediate women's Ride starting in SD soon..details to follow.

It's time to get ready for the Mike Nosco memorial ride so look them up On Facebook for updates.

So that's where I'll leave it this week. I am sending remotely so hopefully it Will work.
